Terms Of Business

We are remunerated by the banks to which we introduce business therefore we do not charge clients fees for our services. Most banks do however charge some form of handling fee. These fees would have to be paid by the borrower direct to the bank and normally only on acceptance of your application for a loan.

IFS France our sister company do provide an advisory service covering an individuals circumstances and possibly pertaining to a clients specific query for advice, these matters would be dealt with by way of a pre-agreed fee between the client and IFS France.

On signing our terms of business you authorize us to act as your agent in obtaining the loan you have requested. We accept instructions from either party when there is more than one applicant either verbally or in writing as applying to all applicants. We act on your behalf at all times and not that of the institution we may introduce your application to. You give your consent to us holding relevant information regarding your personal affairs with regard to the loan application.

Either party can terminate this agreement by informing the other party without prejudice to any application which may have already been submitted.

The minimum loan we will transact must be above sixty thousand euros

The governing law applicable to these terms of business will be that of English law regardless of the applicants' country of domicile.
