Whilst it is worth noting that there is no requirement in France for a survey to be carried out on the property you wish to purchase. Also that the equivalent of an RCIS Chartered Surveyor does not exist in France. We do have a panel of RCIS Chartered Surveyors available for those clients who would prefer to have the benefit of this service prior to completing their purchase.
The range of services offered here extends from carrying out a basic survey of the prospective property to project management of renovation work.
Architectural and Interior designs are also available along with services to enable you to obtain planning permission for your project.
